The Programme
This programme covers two areas of learning. 

How to become an effective instructor: The Participant will develop their effectiveness at instructing others, refresh and enhance their communication skills and understand the essential factors in creating an effective learning environment.

Train the Trainer: This programme is designed to develop skilled and confident trainers who are competent and are prepared to carry out effective and meaningful instructional training with others as required. 

 

Programme Structure & Content 

The programme covers instructional skills for supervisors, managers, team leaders and senior staff. This programme includes instruction, group discussion, role playing. The programme covers two areas of learning:

1) How to become an Effective Instructor.

  • How adults learn

  • Communication Skills

  • Defining Best Practise Model

  • Personal Action Plan

2) Training the Trainer

  • Increasing Self Awareness

  • Getting your message accross

  • Presentations, Evaluation & Feedback 

  • Recommended Reading

The content and duration of any effective Train the Trainer Programme will depend on a number of factors, including the following:
  • What you expect the participants to know and be able to do as a result of the training
  • The experience and skills level of the participants before the training
  • How relevant is the learning to their current roles and responsibilities
