Who We Are....

BBA Training was established in 1994. Based in Mallow, Co. Cork, BBA Training meets the need for a high-calibre training company willing to partner closely with clients to provide customised training in people and personal development. Each of our training professionals has demonstrated the key competencies required to provide a premium service to our clients. Across the team we have training and expertise in all facets of people management and development.

The company directors are Brid Bourke and Simon McAuliffe and the BBA Training Team is now comprised of a group of 7. We provide a range of custom designed, organisational, people and personal management and development programmes to a growing commercial clientele. 

The programme range includes areas such as Project Management, Stress Management, Personal Performance, Managing People Effectively, Team Development, Sales and Customer Care Training. 

BBA Training is an approved ICM (Institute of Commercial Management) centre - this means the company can provide accredited programmes at Diploma and Certificate level.

Diagnose

 
We aim to understand the reason for your current requirement so we learn about the company, spend time with potential participants, and gather information to build into the training to reflect the actuality of the work environment.   All to ensure that your investment in training is focused in the most appropriate and effective way.    

Design

Once the objectives and desired outcomes are clear we can design the most appropriate intervention to meet the specific needs of the organisation, department and people.  We partner with you to plan the event so that it is executed in a most professional manner.

 

Deliver

We work hard to provide participants with an intensely challenging, memorable and enjoyable learning experience by using a combination of training methodologies and a positive interactive style on the part of the trainer.

 

Determine 

What happens after the training is just as important as the experience during the training.  We add value by: 

  • facilitating the individuals ongoing learning after the event through the use of action planning; 

  • spending time assessing the effects of the training and identifying further needs; 

  • advising you on organisational issues arising out of the training.
